My creature comforts: a reminder of home, a sweater to keep me warm and a few extra tea bags (you never know). My seventies-inspired shades are always right where I can see them: tucked in my inside pocket. I like to travel incognito.

Sitting still for too long! But deep down, I’m actually fairly relaxed. Give me a beach and a good book and I won’t budge... for an hour or two at least! It’s nice to unwind, but I like to live vacation to the full. My advice? Always carry a timepiece with you...

My strength of character! I love being put through my paces, however tough the challenge. When it comes to my friends, I’m fiercely loyal and giving – I’m always right by their side with a towel and a smile.

People often ask me, ’How do you fit it all in?’ To which I reply: just roll with it. You can always make room for the important things. Oh, and I’m surprisingly flexible (must be all that stretching!). I can squeeze into even the most tightly packed cabin or case with zero effort.

Trekking through the desert sands of Oman, lunch and yoga with friends in Manhattan, soaking up the winter sun with the kids in Tulum, hot chocolate and Christmas shopping in Courchevel... I’ve even been known to make it to the office from time to time.
