There’s nowhere more magical than Paris in the springtime, and no one more Parisian (or chic!) than Ines de la Fressange. For Summer 24, Vilebrequin got the chance to work with the style icon’s label to create the perfect wardrobe for soaking up the sun in the City of Light. Join us as we take a peek inside the most impressive address book in Paris…! Here are some of Ines’ favorite places, just for you.
Ines is an expert when it comes to walks (remember her iconic runways for Chanel'). One of her favorite places to stretch her legs in Paris? The Jardin d'Acclimatation. Overlooking the oak trees of the Bois de Boulogne, this Napoleon-era park boasts 18 hectares of meadows and woodlands. The Jardin is enjoying a cultural renaissance, and was chosen by Pharrel Williams for his latest Louis Vuitton show. Don't step out without the perfect navy pant.
Buried in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Près, the Delacrois museum is a love letter to the Romantic painter and father of modern art. Located in the artist's former apartments and atelier, it houses a thousand or more paintings, drawings, prints, and writing, along with ceramics, jewelry, and textiles from Delacroix's time in Morocco. There's a word for this type of restaurant in French: "un troquet". Part of a new school of Parisian bistros, Le Petit Célestin serves traditional French cuisineat its best. Delicious, unpretentious, and blessed with views spilling over the Seine, it has become a favorite with young French designers like Simon Porte Jacquemus and Alexendre Mattiussi of Ami Paris. The dress code ? Red, white, and blue.
JARDIN DU LUXEMBOURG
The Luxembourg Gardens are best known for their chestnut trees, green Fermob chairs, and literaly-romantic vibe. They are also now home to one of the Left Bank's hottest restaurant terraces. On the menu: morning coffe with a serious dose of countryside chic. If you're in the mood for some people-watching (and maybe a salad?), you've come to the right place. Remember your sunglasses and your lazy-day accessories.
“Beautiful and uncommon” are how Ines describes Molitor, and you can see why. PLACE DAUPHINE
Not far from Notre-Dame, in a quiet and romantic corner, you'll find one of Ines' favorite places for dinner: Restaurant Paul. A meeting point for artists and intellectuals, the restaurant has been serving refined French cuisine for over a century now - a little cliché, a little vintage, 100% Parisian.

CARNAVALET MUSEUM
Imagine a picnic in the middle of Paris' oldest museum! After a wander around the Marais, Ines recommends visiting the 16th-century courtyard of the Carnavalet Museum for a tasty, plant-focused menu and a "celestial cocktail" from a group of trailblazing French women. Chefs Chloé Charles and Andrea Sham and mixologist Camille Vidal worked with French designer Marine Serre to create a naturalist heaven! Your oak leaf & turtle tee will fit right in.
RODIN MUSEUM
A Parisian women never skips lunch - ask Ines de la Fressange. Pull up a chair in the shaded gardens of her favorite museum and enjoy a quiet bite to eat among Rodin's sculptures. Chef Amandine Chaignot has created a menu of fresh, seasonal, French-sourced cuisine. For afternoon tea, indulge in one of the legendary pastries from Lenôtre. The Parisienne's ideal afternoon plans? A museum with a really good café. The Musée de la Vie Romantique has both, set in the most beautiful rose garden. Located in the Nouvelle Athènes area of Pigalle, this olne-of-a-kind museum plunges you into the worls of Paris' 19th-century salons, where Chopin and George Sand used to gather.
