Executive chef Gregory Gourreau takes the helm at Vilebrequin La Plage Miami, steering the taste buds toward Mediterranean favorites infused with local flavors. The first rule of Riviera: breakfast. Breads, pastries, pain perdu with raspberries― an indulgence you’ll want to repeat. Unless you’re more steak, eggs, and chimichurri? Best followed by a swim in the pool.
