CARE INSTRUCTIONS

SWIMWEAR

To ensure your swimwear remains in perfect condition, proper care is essential. After every use, rinse in fresh water to remove salt, chlorine and sand. Wash delicately at 30°C with a gentle detergent and air-dry in the shade. Make sure it is fully dry before you put it away. By following these easy tips, you will extend the lifespan of your swimwear and preserve its vibrant colours.

    WASHING

After every use, rinse your swimwear in fresh water to remove salt, chlorine and sand. Wash delicately at 30°C with a gentle detergent to preserve colours and fibres.

If you choose to machine-wash, we recommend you follow these rules: 1. Use a delicate cycle (30°C max). 2. Slip your swimwear into a washing bag.

    We do not advise dry-cleaning!

    DRYING

Never spin or wring out your swimwear. Air-dry in the shade to avoid discolouration due to sun exposure.

    WHEN DRY

Once dry, fold or hang your swimwear in a cool and dry place. Avoid storing in a damp bag to prevent mould forming.

    IRONING...OR NOT!

In general, swimwear doesn’t require ironing. If necessary, iron at a low temperature, using a protective layer so as to avoid direct contact with the iron.

    WASHING BAGS

We recommend using a mesh washing bag, like the GUPPYFRIEND, for your synthetic-fibre pieces in order to reduce the dispersal of microplastics in the water. You can also use it for your pieces in natural or synthetic fabrics, in order to reduce the impact of the drum on your garments.
