You may also use the search tool that is available throughout the website by clicking on the magnifying glass in the search bar and searching by product name, category, color or reference.On each product page, you have access to the size chart that indicates the different characteristics of the product, in addition to an explanation of how to choose the correct size. This section covers frequently asked questions related to your account.Clients are not required to create an account when placing an order. Having an account simply allows clients to be informed about our new collections and benefit from special offers. The creation of an account also allows you to easily access previous order information, your wish list, and conveniently saves your personal information in order to facilitate future orders with Vilebrequin.
The protection of your private information is of the utmost importance to us. All information that is communicated to us from you will be used only for the goal of satisfying your needs and responding as best as we can to all requests. You can reset your password by clicking the 'Forgot password?' link from the login page, then simply follow the instructions.
If you have a customer account, log in to your customer account and go to the 'newsletter' tab, where you can change your preferences for receiving newsletters. You can also unsubscribe at the bottom of each newsletter by clicking on the 'click here to unsubscribe' link.
MY ORDER
This section covers frequently asked questions related to your order.Following the checkout process and payment of your order, you will receive several emails:
- The first will contain your order number and a summary of the items ordered or pre-ordered (with the estimated delivery date)
- The second email confirms that the order has been shipped. Please note that some orders may be sent in multiple shipments so each shipping confirmation email will include the items that have shipped. Shipping confirmation emails will also include the tracking number and a link allowing you to track your order's delivery progress.
If you need to cancel an order please make a direct request through email. We will track the status of your order to confirm if cancellation is possible. In the event that the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to proceed with a return as outlined in our return policy.
It is not possible to change the delivery address once an order has been confirmed. Please be sure to provide the correct delivery address when ordering.
For technical reasons, it is not possible to modify sizes, colors, product styles or quantities once an order has been completed. If upon receipt of the order, there are articles that are not to your liking, you have 30 days to return the product(s) free of charge.
All items are sent wrapped in tissue paper and all of our swimsuits come with a "spi" bag, made of spinnaker fabric, that can be used for transporting your swimsuit. In the shopping cart, it is possible to indicate each item as a gift, ensuring that the item is placed in a gift box and allowing you to include a gift message.

This section addresses frequently asked questions regarding order payment.You may use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Klarna or Paypal account for all purchases.
The security of your information is very important to us. The different exchanges of information between the Vilebrequin website, our payment company and the computer or device being used to place your order are secured via an SSL 128 bits certificate. You can verify the presence of this protection by looking at the HTTPS in the URL of the Vilebrequin website when checking out. Furthermore, your banking information is never stored on our servers.
In the event that you do not receive an email confirming your order but you see that you have been charged, we recommend checking your junk or spam folders first. If you still cannot find a record of your order confirmation, please email our Customer Service team with the details of your order (date, email, contact details, amount charged, etc.). Based on this information, we will be able to check the order history and quickly resolve the problem.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
This section addresses frequently asked questions regarding order delivery.All orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing that day and ship within 24-48 hours pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Vilebrequin cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays due to conditions such as weather or air travel delays.
Shipping and handling rates:
- Ground: $12 – Complimentary. 5-7 business days
- Second Day Air: $24
- Next Day Air: $35
- Same-Day Messenger: $25* Select markets only
- Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii – Complimentary. 3 to 4 business days.
Client receives a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number to follow the shipment.
You may also pick up your order at one of our Vilebrequin boutiques free of charge. The list of participating stores will be available during the check-out process.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
This section addresses frequently asked questions regarding returns.Vilebrequin.com accepts returns for credit back to the original form of payment. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If your return arrives after the 30 days of the original order date, your return will be shipped back to your original shipping address. As a special exception for the holiday season, refunds will be accepted through January 31st on all orders placed after November 1st. Vilebrequin will accept merchandise only if it is in the original condition, unworn, with original tags and receipt (or gift receipt), and accompanying accessories such as the water wallet and travel pouch, if applicable. For any items returned that are not in this condition, the return will be denied and the merchandise will be returned to you. Vilebrequin will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. If you have a concern regarding an issue with the condition of your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team.
To make a return, please complete the return form and ship back using the return shipping label provided with your original order. If you no longer have the return shipping label, we recommend sending your package insured with tracking, as Vilebrequin cannot assume responsibility for compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen or mishandled.

Once your returned product has been received by our warehouse, your new item will ship and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.
Returns for gift items will be credited back to the original form of payment submitted by the person who placed the original order.
