How do your e-gift cards work?

Our e-gift cards are only available on the website. They can only be purchased in the following currencies (AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, EUR, GBP, HKD, MOP, MXN, SGD) and must be redeemed in the currency in which they were purchased. Our e-gift cards cannot be redeemed on our outlet website. The maximum amounts available per currency are as follows:

  • AUD: 1,500
  • CAD: 1,500
  • CHF: 1,000
  • CNY: 8,000
  • EUR: 1,000
  • GBP: 1,000
  • HKD: 9,000
  • MOP: 10,000
  • MXN: 20,000
  • SGD: 1,500

You don’t need to create an account in order to buy or redeem an e-gift card.

Our e-gift cards can be combined with promotional offers on our website, but cannot be purchased using a promo code.

When purchasing an e-gift card, you can enter the recipient’s email address. They will then receive the e-gift card by email, on the date of your choice. Alternatively, you can enter your own email address and print the gift card in order to give a physical gift.

To redeem your e-gift card, all you need to do is enter the card’s 16 character-code in the gift card field on the payment page. Please note that the code will not work if you enter it in the promo code field.

When you purchase an e-gift card on the EU Vilebrequin website, it is valid 5 years from the date of purchase. When you purchase an e-gift card on the US Vilebrequin website, it has no expiry date.

How and where can I redeem my e-gift card?

Our e-gift cards are only available on our Vilebrequin website (excluding outlet website). They can only be purchased in the following currencies (AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, EUR, GBP, HKD, MOP, MXN, SGD) and must be redeemed in the currency in which they were purchased. Our e-gift cards cannot be redeemed on our outlet website.

You can check your e-gift card balance on the gift card page by entering the card’s code in the relevant field. The balance is also available on the payment page.

After selecting the date, what time will the recipient receive their e-gift card?

The recipient will receive their e-gift card on the day you selected at 8 a.m. Paris time. An e-gift card purchased on the US Vilebrequin website will be sent at 8 a.m. New York time.

Can I cancel an e-gift card?

You have a 14-day withdrawal period to change your mind from the date of your purchase, as long as you haven’t redeemed your e-gift card. If you have redeemed it even partially, the withdrawal period is no longer applicable. To do so, please contact our Customer Service using our online form.

Can I send an e-gift card directly to the recipient?

When you purchase an e-gift card, you have the option of entering the recipient’s email address directly and scheduling the date the email will be sent.

What should I do if I’ve lost an e-gift card code?

If you have lost your e-gift card, you can contact our Customer Service, stating the recipient’s email address. The e-gift card can then be redelivered by email.

What should I do if the code on my e-gift card doesn’t work?

If the code on your e-gift card doesn’t work, please contact our Customer Service. Our team will be happy to help.

How do I purchase an e-gift card in another currency?

If you wish to purchase an e-gift card in a different currency to the one on the website you’re using, simply change the delivery country and select the currency you want. You can then add your e-gift card to your basket in the selected currency.

I already have an e-gift card. Can I change the currency?

You can’t change the currency of your e-gift card after the 14-day withdrawal period or if it has been partially redeemed.

Are your e-gift cards refundable?

Our e-gift cards are non-refundable after the 14-day withdrawal period. Before this period is up, an e-gift card is refundable as long as it has not been redeemed, even partially.

How can I redeem my e-gift card in store?

Your e-gift card can only be redeemed on our website, excluding our outlet. It cannot be redeemed in store.
