Frequently Asked Questions related to COVID19
Hydro-alcoholic gel bottles for our customers to disinfect their hands will be placed on the table closest to the front door.
Our staff will also have Hydro- alcoholic gel bottles in order to sanitize their hands frequently.
2- Surgical masks
FFP1 Surgical masks will be worn all day by our staff. These masks will be changed every 4 hours. We kindly request that our customers wear masks as well (even if they are made of fabric or a scarf).
All employees are supplied with gloves to wear if they want to.
4- Global cleaning protocol
Anti-virus disinfectant bottles (or wipes) in compliance with EU 14476 norm & disposable hand towels will be used to clean all the surfaces: door handles, fitting room stools & hooks, cash desk counters, pin pads...
5- Cash desk protection
Plexiglass shields will be installed on the cash desk to create a physical separation between our staff and our customers. Even though this is not mandatory so far, we believe it will provide a sense of security and trust for our staff and customers.
6- Social distancing
In order to respect social distancing between two people, depending on the size of each store in square meter, a maximum number of people are allowed in store while respecting social distancing of 1.5 meter. All other customers will be invited to queue outside the store, respecting the recommended social distancing requirements.
7- Comprehensive protection measures
We will encourage card and contactless payments.
We will be keeping store doors open whenever possible in order to avoid customer contact.
Regular ventilation of the store to refresh the air, and regular deep cleaning at least twice a day will be made.
For some stores, we will offer an Ultra-Fast Delivery service, based on the existing stock in the shops, for customers who do not wish to queue.
